The staff was good and absolutely PERFECT, the accommodation was wonderful and clean. The breakfast was warm and very good, totally satisfied. I was pleased with top-notch service. Furthermore, the parking was on-site and convenient. The location was great, walking distance to golf courses and pubs. There was a perfect restaurant, a shopping centre and a market next door.

The breakfast was warm and excellent, scrambled eggs, pancakes, bangers, and bacon. Thoroughly enjoyed the suite with a refrigerator as well as the shower I was given.

Booked a room with PLEASANT views of a garden and golf course. Its location was indeed great and beautiful and only 5 minutes walk from a shopping mall.

We had a very peaceful stay for the holidays.
The hotel was a comfortable base for enjoying a nice enough area, just off restaurants and shops. The venue staff was professional and respectful. Liked our rooms with comfortable beds. The location was marvellous and fantastic for walking around The Canyon. Hotel's bar was superb. Everything was simply perfectly fine.

Location
For being a four star hotel I wasn't impressed with the how much you can here your neighbors. I was woken up by mine as he was in the middle of a conversation at 5 am. The T.V quality wasn't up to par at all. Again, I just wasn't impressed by these things and I've stayed at my fair share of hotels.

Convenient for my trip, and a reasonable price for the quality of the hotel. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Very convenient hotel parking across the street.
Repeatedly had to chase housekeeping to clean my room... Three time on one day... The fridge didn't fit into the cupboard unit and so opening and closing it was a pain.

We had a GREAT time at this hotel! The breakfast buffet was amazing, with so many delicious options. I loved the modern design of our room, especially the comfortable bedding. I would definitely stay here again!

Went to check out they told me my Goldpass Port Points couldn't be used,that sucked big time,the Hilton in Valenica is looking better next time.

Good accommodations, close & convenient to visit my relative.
Need to replaced the refrigerator cupboard. It seem had a water damaged from previous refrigerator leaks.
